Qwen3-8B is deleted (John, 2026-10-21). No product may depend on it; every caller of the old bridge either moves to a homegrown capability or degrades plainly.
- Callers still pointing at llama.mobleysoft.com: venture-fleet callJitagi (JITAGI field routes, LiteraCraft), mobleybooks-store, and kernel modules whitebox, render_jobs, parity, txtive and etc/backends.json
- Each caller: replace with a homegrown stage (GOFAINEAT cascade, Gigi retrieval, JIT disk model) or return an honest 'not available' instead of an error
- Remove the orphaned llama-server-gateway Cloudflare tunnel and the llama.mobleysoft.com hostname

A customer drops a whole bid set into SubX; every door and hardware mark on the schedules is read, placed on its plan sheet, and walked in SightX on one page with no page hop.

- Whole bid sets over 30 MB cut in the browser tab to schedule and plan pages, keeping original-page provenance (g084)
- WALK IT opens the customer's own upload in SightX over SubX

Mobley Local Cortex: Gigi Memory and GOFAINEAT Cascades
Mobley answers on its own when no outside backend has fresh usage evidence: GOFAINEAT cascade rules first, Gigi's provenance-bound memory second, outside backends only when approved.
- Fix: 'mobley' refuses even 'how do you work?' when every usage receipt is stale (src/mobley/agent.py run_turn -> usage_allocation.plan)
- Local tier ahead of the receipt gate: typed local actions and self-description answered without any backend
- Gigi memory engine (gigi.mobleysoft.com/core.mjs: bounded records, provenance, concept graph) as the recall layer
- GOFAINEAT cascade (gofaineats/: rules, then small trained models, then escalate) as the router for narrow tasks
- Acceptance: a fresh 'mobley' with a stale receipt answers 'how do you work?' and names which tier answered
